School is in the Youth Activities Building. It is directly South of Las Palmas Elementary. SUMMARY: Serra Preschool is a cooperative preschool that has been in operation for 38 years. The school is licensed for 44 children ages 2.9 years 5 years of age. Currently, there is a two-day program (T, Th) for 3-4 year olds and a three-day program (M, W, F) for 4-5 year olds. There are five parents assisting the teacher daily. Operational hours are 9:00 a.m. 12:15, five days a week. DESCRIPTION: Duties may include but are not limited to: Develop daily curriculum Plan school activities Assist in the development of school budget Attend monthly board and general meetings Direct the working parents in their assigned positions and during their participation days in the classroom QUALIFICATIONS: Have a love for children Understand the childrens developmental stages Meet all requirements of Title 22 for directing and teaching AA or Bachelors degree with an emphasis in Early Childhood or 4 years experience teaching and/or directing SALARY: Competetive rate with benefits negociable HOURS: Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m. Some evenings and Saturdays are required for special events. Evelyn Corina Oberhuber, 36, was arraigned in Orange County Superior Court yesterday on charges of recording a false or forged instrument, grand theft and forgery all felonies. Police believe there are about 50 victims, many of them marines, who lost more than 3 million dollars to Oberhuber. The victims thought they were buying foreclosed properties throughout the county way below market value. The average loss was between $50,000 - $75,000, but some lost as much as $500,000 each. Oberhuber was arrested on Feb. 16 and was being held at the Central Women's Jail in Santa Ana in lieu of bail.
